LTC6948IUFD-2 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 28 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 4.91GHz maximum.
