LMX2487SQX/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V.
