LTC2960HDC-2 Overview
Tube-packaging is used. Please refer to power management for 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
