LT8316EFE#TRPBF Overview
It comes in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 16V~600V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 220Hz~140kHz. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start.
