LT1579CGN-5#PBF Description
LT1579CGN-5#PBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices is a type of dual input, single output, low dropout regulator. All of the circuitry that it incorporates should switch smoothly and automatically between inputs. The inputs supplying power is indicated by two additional status flags which can also provide an early warning against the loss of output regulation when both inputs are low. It provides a suite of protection functions when operating, including reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting and reverse-current protection.
