For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.An output current as high as 1.5A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.Mosfet gate drivers can deliver a current of 1.5A.There is a maximum value of 150°C for the allowable operating temperature.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -55°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.Powered by 4mA volts, it operates on a constant current.A total of 2 channels are configured for operation.
