Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-VDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.Using a 9V~16V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.A high-side voltage can be set up to 118V (Bootstrap).
