For greater flexibility, its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 5V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.
