A forward voltage of 2.4V will enable the device to operate.Monarrayoring the surge current and preventing array from exceeding 210A should be the rule.As long as the forward voltage is set to 30A, the device will operate.The reverse voltage peak of this device is 750μA.In addition to its primary function, this device creates "100W" of heat (energy loss).
