ISL98602IRAAZ-TK Overview
Overall, it supports 5 outputs. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in QFN. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) is ready for shipping. The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting. There is no need for it to be at a temperature lower than -40°C. Temperatures above 85°Cshould be avoided.
