STOD14PUR Description
STOD14PUR is a type of 700 mA dual-channel DC-DC converter drive for powering medium-sized AMOLED display panels. Due to the combination of a step-down and an inverting converter in a compact IC design, this electronic device is well-suited for battery-operated products. The value and size of external components can be reduced to a minimum based on the high-frequency operation. STOD14PUR DC-DC converter provides a suite of protection functions, including soft-start with controlled inrush current limit, load disconnect, and thermal shutdown.
