ISL6146DFRZ-T Overview
The case is made of DFN plastic. The Tape & Reel (TR) case is ideal for packing the part. Pins are attached to it using 8, 8 pins. The peak reflow temperature of this part is used to run 260 on it. In order for it to operate, a supply current of 25μA is used. Surface Mount is recommended for mounting the part. When the temperature is higher than -40°C, the part can be used. In the case of lower temperatures than 125°C, the part should be used. BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER interface ICs can be classified.
