ISL6146EFRZ-T Overview
A DFN case is included. Packing the part in Tape & Reel (TR) cases is ideal. 8, 8 pins are used in the design. In order for it to operate, it uses a supply current called 25μA. It is recommended to mount the part in Surface Mount-direction. As soon as the temperature rises above -40°C, the part should be used. Use the part at temperatures below 125°C. It is possible to classify a component with a BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER interface IC type.
