It is adopted to package in the manner of Bulk. The transmission line is terminated with 40 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. This device consists of a row of 40-pins. As a result of analog signals being converted into digital signals, there are 2 A/D converters. As long as the minimum supply voltage is set at 3.135V, the device will work. Supply voltages up to 3.465V are supported. It is recommended not to operate above 70°C. This device uses the consumer IC type CONSUMER CIRCUIT.
