WM1811GECS/R Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 80-UFBGA, WLCSP package. It is adopted to package in the Cut Tape (CT) way. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.71V~2V. It receives a voltage of 1.62V~3.6V as its supply voltage. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 80 terminations. This is a 80-pin electronic device. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. The maximum value of supply voltage should be maintained at 5.5V. A minimum supply voltage of 1.71V should be maintained. There is no supply voltage for it. The device is able to operate at 5V voltages.
