601R-25ILFT Overview
Embedded in the QSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle. In some cases, over-current supply (higher than 60mA) may cause thermal damage to an element.
