OM1326SRM Description
These three terminal positive regulators are offered in packages that are hermetically sealed. The circuit is built with all safety measures, such as heat shutdown, current limiting, and safe-area control. These gadgets may produce an output current of up to 1.5 amps with heat sinking. The LCC-20 gadget has a 5 amp maximum. Additionally, the device has fixed output voltages that range from 1.2 volts to 57 volts when external resistors are used.
