MIC2950-06BZTR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A TO-226-3 case is used for packaging. The electronic part implements 1 regulators in total. As far as its current output is concerned, it stands at 150mA. The dropout voltage of the regulator IC is 10 volts. 3 pins are on the chip.
