IRU3004CW Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 3 outputs. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). We are ready to ship in Tube packages. There is a general voltage output of 1.3V~3.5V from this power supply regulator. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. It is intended for use in applications such as Controller, Intel Pentium? III and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~70°C to prevent malfunctions.
