TPS65111RGEG4 Description


TPS65111RGEG is a very compact power supply solution, which provides many LTPS LCD displays with three voltages. Based on its VCC, VDD, and VSS charge pump, all three regulated outputs are generated. Precise, high efficiency and very low ripple dc/dc conversion for the LCD analog power can be achieved by the VCC charge pump. A higher positive voltage can be delivered by the VDD charge pump. The negative output voltage can be offered by the VSS charge pump. Moreover, its VCC charge pump is able to deliver an ultra-low output ripple voltage of 5 mV.
