IRGP4050 Description
IRGP4050 is a type of IGBT provided by Infineon Technologies. The component count can be reduced based on 104A continuous collector current rating. Its low-temperature co-efficient of VCE (ON) PDP is able to minimize power dissipation at operating junction temperatures in PDP sustain & energy recovery applications. Its high pulse current rating makes it ideal for capacitive load circuits.
