IRF200P223 Description
IRF200P223 is a kind of StrongIRFET? power MOSFET manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It is able to provide improved gate, avalanche, and dynamic dv/dt ruggedness, fully characterized capacitance and avalanche SOA, as well as enhanced body diode dv/dt and di/dt capability. As a result, it is well suited for DC/DC and AC/DC converters, brushed, and BLDC motor drive applications.
