IR3567AMGB02TRP Overview
With a 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 8 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. PWM dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 3.3V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 200kHz~2MHz. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Power Good which allows efficient switching control.
