IR3565AMWS01TRP Overview
With its 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 6. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process PWM dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.3V volts and has 3.3V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~2MHz. Enable, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
