ISL6840IB-T Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 7.5V~14V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at Up to 2MHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Frequency Control for efficient switching control. A search for "ISL6840" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
