IR3565AMFC01TRP Overview
It comes in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 6 input. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. PWM dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 3.3V volts and has 3.3V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz~2MHz. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good.
