IR2110-1 Overview
For greater flexibility, the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), 13 Leads package is adopted.Tube is the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.A supply voltage of 3.3V~20V demonstrates its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IR2110-1.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 500V.
