ISL6594DCRZ-T Overview
Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 6.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number ISL6594.10 pins are present on the component.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.
