IEWS20R5135IPBXKMA1 is a 1350v IGBT RC-H5 technology with a driver IC. The IPD (Integrated Power Device) Protect includes an IGBT with Gate Driver IC in a TO247 6-pin package for induction cooking applications. Its innovative concepts provide protection against over-voltage, overcurrent, and over-temperature. Additional features include a unique active clamp control, fault condition notification, and special two levels of turn-on Gate driving that reduces significantly the typical high startup peak current. These integrated protection functions provide a simple and robust solution with increased overall system reliability.
