BTS500151TADATMA2 developed by Infineon Technologies is a type of 1.5 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Power Switch built by an N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump. It is able to drive high current loads up to 80 A, making it well-suited for switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, and glow plugs, in the harsh automotive environment. It is available in the PG-TO-263-7-10 package for protective functions and diagnosis, as well as saving board space.
