F56104101 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the linear position measurement sensors, they are packaged in Rectangular packages. Electronic components are packaged in Bulk. A minimum operating temperature of -65°C can be set to ensure that the angle position measuring sensors perform as expected. Sensors that measure angle positions must, however, operate within the operating temperature 105°C. It is possible for the linear position measuring sensors to oppose the passage of current 6kOhms. There are a total of 3 pins on the linear position measuring sensor. The supply voltage applied by the linear position measuring sensor should be 40V when it operates.
