F56102101 Overview
To prevent damage to the linear position measuring sensors, they are packaged in Rectangular packages. Electronic components are packaged in the Bulk. In order to make sure that the angle position sensors function properly, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -65°C. Angle position sensors should not be operated at a temperature greater than 105°C. It is possible for the linear position measuring sensors to oppose the passage of current 3kOhms. The supply voltage applied by the linear position measuring sensor should be 40V when it operates.
