MLX90367EGO-ABU-090-SP Overview
As a measure of protection, the linear position measuring sensors are housed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages. Tube is the package for this electronic component. In order to ensure that the angle position measuring sensors perform normally, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. Sensors for angle position measurement cannot operate above 85°C.
