HRF-SW1030-FL-TR Overview
Optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in the RF Switches.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.During high power RF switch operation, 24 pins are used.Cellular, PCS, GSM, WLL RF switch ic type.It is possible to supply 3.3V~5.5V volts to the RF Switch.
