It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package.-40°C~85°C should be the operating temperature when RF Switch is operating.To operate the high power RF switch, 20 pins are required.By adding the 4 INPUT 2 OUTPUT SWITCH feature, this RF switch ic is more efficient and stable.The RF switch ic type is DBS.3V~5.5V voltage is available from the RF Switch.
