The maximum output voltage is 200A.Maintaining a surge current under 3kA and not letting it exceed it is the key to preventing it.There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 400A.This device is powered with reverse voltage peak of 1A V.The maximum reverse leakage current from this semiconductor is 1μA, which corresponds to the reverse leakage current from that device when reverse biased.
