BR305 Overview
When the forward voltage is set to 3A, the device operates.The component is available as a 4-Square, BR-3 package.Reverse leakage current should be monitored, and it shouldn't exceed 10μA.At -65°C~125°C TJ, it operates normally.There should be a strict limit on surge currents, and the value should not exceed 50A.Using a reverse voltage of 10A, this device can be powered.
