GBU15M Overview
When the forward voltage is set to 15A, the device operates.The component is available as a 4-SIP, GBU package.The reverse leakage current must be monitored and should not exceed 0 volts.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -55°C~150°C TJ.Bridge rectifier is important to monBridge rectifieror surge current and not allow Bridge rectifier to exceed 240A.Powering this device is provided by a reverse voltage peak of 5A.
