FT240XS-U Overview
The 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it. It's packaged in the shape of a Tube. To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~85°C. It should be able to operate on a 3.3V~5VV power supply. In it, there are 24 terminations. High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V. 24 pins are used for operation. This gadget has a total of MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. For maximum efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 5V. Currently, there is 8mA supply. The USBmadeEZ-FIFO, FT-X, X-Chip series includes this electrical component. In Bus Controllers this device is self-contained.
