LAN91C96-MU Overview
There is a copy of it in the 100-TQFP package. It is easy to carry thanks to its Tray-shaped packaging. A temperature of 0°C~70°C should be maintained for reliable operation. The terminations in it can be broken down into 100's. Providing a voltage of 3.3V leads to high efficiency. There are two LAN91C96s in the number. In order for the device to function, 100 pins must be used. The device runs at a frequency of 20MHz, which is determined by its clock. 3.3V is the best voltage setting for maximum efficiency. There are 2 serial I/Os incorporated in the part. Among these transceivers there is a 1 transceiver. Additionally, the ALSO OPERATES AT 5V SUPPLY number can be generated with this device. To function, it requires a maximum current of 95mA. This device has a maximum supply voltage (Vsup) set to 3.63V.
