XR81112TR-F Overview
A Clock PLL is included with the QFN package. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance.
