SI5340D-A-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. This clock generator is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 44 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There are 1.71V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. There is a 44 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3V for high efficiency. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 4 signal outputs. A supply current of 98mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function.
