To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-226-2, TO-92-2 Long Body packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 170V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 170V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 5nA current without light input.
