TL431AS-13 Overview
Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used by applications with 100mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 36V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 700μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.495V.This voltage is fixed/minimum.
