MAX6250BCSA Overview
This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. As a voltage reference, it operates on Series, Buried Zener control.Tube external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed. For precise voltage measurements, ±0.1% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 5V.A 1 output is sufficient. To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form. The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 245 degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within 0°C~70°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 15mA.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 10V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 8V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 8V~36V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 5V is generated. It is powered by a current of 3.3mA which is used for its operation. It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 5.005V.
