MMSTA42-7 Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 40 @ 30mA 10V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV allows maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 2mA, 20mA.Continuous collector voltages of 200mA should be maintained to achieve high efficiency. The emitter base voltage can be kept at 6V for high efficiency. The current rating of this fuse is 200mA, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 50MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 300V volts before it breaks down.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 200mA volts.
