For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.
