IX4424G Overview
The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package offers greater flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT is the gate type used for this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses CMOS/TTL as Mosfet drivers input type.
