For greater flexibility, its 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 0.3V~60V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TA.Mosfet driver accepts input of type CMOS/TTL.A high-side voltage can be set up to 50V (Bootstrap).
