AUIRS2336S Overview
Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.This configuration includes 6 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 28 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number AUIRS2336S.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.This gate driver belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
